Incoloy 825 Alloy Welded Pipe is manufactured in accordance with the following standards: ASME SB704, ASTM B704, ASTM B705, ASME SB705.
ASME SB704 Incoloy 825 welded pipes usually require heat treatment after welding to optimize mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The heat treatment temperature range is generally 1150-900°C, and the cooling method can be water quenching or rapid air cooling.
ASME SB705 Incoloy 825 ERW pipe is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industrial fields due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, especially in corrosive environments containing chloride ions.
