Incoloy 800h 925 Stainless lined Pipe
Incoloy 800H is a high carbon version of 800 alloy. Incoloy 800H pipe is designed with a superior chemical composition, including 30% to 35% nickel, 19% to 23% chromium, and other alloying elements. The superior composition gives these pipes excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. 800H alloy pipe excels in applications where it is exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time. The additional carbon content gives it excellent creep rupture properties that remain stable above 1100 degrees Fahrenheit. Incoloy 800Ht pipe is a slight modification of 800H alloy. The combination of titanium and aluminum in these pipes allows it to operate at slightly higher temperatures than 800h alloy. Both alloys are available with dual certification and are the preferred choice for high temperature equipment.
This grade of pipe components is designed with superior mechanical properties. Incoloy 800H pipe has a tensile strength between 75 and 100ksi. These pipes have a yield strength between 30 and 60ksi and can easily stretch 60-30% in the system. 800H alloy pipes have the same good processing characteristics as iron-based alloys and are easily work-hardened during processing. These pipes can be easily welded in place by common welding processes and do not require matching filler metal. They can be hot rolled or cold rolled and then annealed. The annealing temperature is 982 degrees Celsius followed by air cooling.
Inconel 800H seamless pipes are designed by precisely shaping the hot billet through extrusion of metal grades. The pipes of seamless structure have higher load-bearing capacity and strength than other grades of pipes. However, due to their superior properties and the materials used in their production, they are expensive. Such pipes that we design in India, especially in our plants, are more affordable and advanced in performance compared to the grades produced in European countries and the United States. ASTM B407 UNS N08810 is a specification that covers non-pressure vessels and specifies the production standards for different components. Incoloy 925 Tube is a nickel, chromium and cobalt alloy that has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments. It is a fully austenitic stainless steel that can be hardened by cold working. Incoloy 925 Tube has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It also has excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and alkaline, organic and saline solutions.
