Corrosion behavior of B574 low carbon nickel chromium molybdenum, low carbon nickel chromium molybdenum and low carbon nickel chromium molybdenum tungsten alloy rods, C-276 alloy in high temperature and high pressure water at 500℃ and 25MPa. The mass gain rate of C-276 alloy in supercritical water conforms to the parabolic law. A double-layer structure of oxide scale is formed on the surface of C-276 alloy. The outer layer is a nickel-rich layer and the inner layer is a Cr2O3/NiCr2O4 mixed layer. Tiny micro-cracks can also be found if exposed to oxide scale for a long time. At the same time, the increase in temperature will promote the oxidation rate and cause thermal stress in the oxide film.
