Product Introduction

Monel R405 is a nickel-copper alloy also known as UNS N04405, part of the Monel family of high-temperature alloys. Monel 405 is typically available in rod, rod and wire forms and offers enhanced processability due to its higher sulfur content. In addition, this high-temperature alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and good weldability. It is resistant to high temperatures of seawater and steam, as well as salt, caustic solutions, alkalis, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
