Inconel 601 alloy hollow tubes are made from standard engineering materials with excellent heat and corrosion resistance. Inconel 601 hollow tubes offer high strength, good processing properties, excellent metallurgical stability, and high resistance to carburization. Inconel 601 seamless tubes are available in diameters up to 4 inches. 601 alloy tubes are available in stock sizes from 0.125 inches OD to 4 inches OD and in sizes from Sch40 to Sch80. Applications for Inconel 601 alloy seamless tubes include heat exchangers, heat treat baskets and apparatus, radiant tubes, thermocouple tubes, furnaces and retorts, combustion cans, and aerospace engine components.
Features of Inconel 601 Tubes
Inconel 601 alloy pipe can be used in a variety of industrial applications that require high heat and corrosion resistance. It maintains excellent strength and ductility even when used for long periods in harsh environments. Its nickel-based alloy contains a large amount of chromium, which gives it good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It has excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 1000°C, good resistance to creep and rupture, and metal processing process stability.
