GH3536 4049 heat resistant metals Pipe

GH3536 is a Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution strengthened deformed high-temperature alloy. When used in casting, the corresponding grade is K4536. The alloy has moderate durability and creep strength below 900°C; it has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and has good Hot and cold processing formability and welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing components such as aircraft engine combustion chambers that are used for long periods of time below 900°C, as well as high-temperature parts that are used for short periods of time with operating temperatures up to 1080°C.
GH4049 is a Ni-Co-Cr-based deposition hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with an application temperature below 950°C. The alloy has good oxidation resistance below 1000°C and high high-temperature compressive strength below 950°C, and is suitable for the production of natural gas turbocharger blades with operating temperatures of 850°C to 950°C. Key equipment includes hot-rolled and forged bar stock and free-forged turbine blades.
