GH2132 3044 High Temp Alloys Pipe

The alloy is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron. It has high yield strength, durability and creep strength below 650℃, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aeroengines that work for a long time below 650°C, such as turbine discs, compressor discs, rotor blades and fasteners, etc. This alloy can produce various shape deformation products, such as: discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires and ring parts, etc.

GH3044 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based antioxidant alloy. It has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900°C. It also has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing and long-term operation below 900°C. The main combustion chamber and afterburner components of aero engines, as well as heat shields and guide blades, are supplied in plates, strips, wires, tubes, rods and rings, etc.

1.5 GH3044 heat treatment system
The solution treatment temperature of hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates and strips in the supply state is 1120~1160°C, air cooling, and material performance testing is carried out in the supply state.
1.6 GH3044 variety specifications and status
We can supply δ4~14mm hot-rolled plates, δ0.5~4mm cold-rolled plates, δ0.1~0.8mm strips, diameter d0.3~10mm, d20~300mm bars and rings of various diameters. Plate and strip are supplied after solid solution, pickling and trimming; wire is supplied in cold drawing, co-prosperity pickling or semi-hard state, and bars and forgings are supplied without heat treatment.
1.7 GH3044 Smelting and Casting Process
The alloy is smelted using electric arc furnace, non-vacuum induction furnace or vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting process.
1.8 GH3044 application overview and special requirements
Alloys are used to make plate stamping and welded structural parts of aero-engine combustion chambers and afterburners, as well as components such as mounting edges, ducts and guide vanes.
