GH2132 3030 3044 high temp alloys

 

GH2132 is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace amounts of boron. It has high yield strength, durability and creep strength below 650℃, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aeroengines that work for a long time below 650°C, such as turbine discs, press discs, rotor blades and fasteners, etc. The alloy can produce deformed products of various shapes, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires and rings, etc.
GH3030 solid solution strengthened superalloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800°C, and good resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, Cold stamping and welding process performance.
GH3044 alloy is a bulk solid solution strengthened nickel-based antioxidant alloy. It has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900°C, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing below 900°C. Long-term working aeroengine main combustion chamber and afterburner components as well as heat shields, guide blades, etc.
