Monel weld neck flanges, such as monel K500, are made from a nickel-copper alloy that offers high strength, toughness, and good corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. Monel weld neck flanges are best suited for hazardous, high-pressure applications. Weld neck flanges feature a long, tapered neck. The flange is drilled internally to match the pipe ID, ensuring unrestricted flow and preventing turbulence at the joint.
