RA330 overview:
RA330 alloy is a classic high-performance and high-temperature resistant alloy. The forming and machining of RA330 is similar to austenitic stainless steel and nickel-chromium alloy. Generally, the forming process can be best carried out at room temperature. In most cases, heat treatment is not required after forming and machining. When necessary In this case, it is recommended to completely anneal at 1038-1121°C and quickly air-cool or water-cool.
RA330 welding requires the use of the corresponding RA330-04 welding material. Do not use AWS ER330. Keep the welding interpass temperature low, no preheating is required, and reinforced linear welding beads are used. The machinability index is 20-25% of B1112.
