Nickel Alloy 625 Cold Rolled Tube

Introduction to Nickel Alloy 625 Cold Rolled Tube
Nickel Alloy 625 cold-rolled tubing, commonly known as Inconel 625 alloy tubing, is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy tubing with excellent strength and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments. Cold rolling increases its tensile strength and hardness, making it suitable for high-performance applications in the aerospace, marine, and chemical processing industries. Manufactured to ASTM B444/ASME SB-444 (UNS N06625), these tubings offer excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of corrosive conditions, including chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.

Advantages of Cold Rolling
Increased Strength: Cold working the alloy increases tensile strength.
Increased Fatigue Strength: Cold-rolled tubes exhibit higher fatigue strength than hot-rolled tubes.
Dimensional Control: Cold rolling allows for tighter dimensional tolerances and a finer surface finish.
