Inconel 600 Plate Detailed
Inconel 600 plate is manufactured from high-quality materials that undergo extensive processing to meet the demands of consumers and retailers. While maintaining standard material quality, we also produce this industrial product in various sizes, shapes, and finishes tailored to meet consumer needs. Inconel 600 plate can be recycled at temperatures up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. Alloy 600 plate can also be used at the same 2000 degrees Fahrenheit temperature, with the minor difference that Alloy 600 plate is non-magnetic and easily weldable.
Can Inconel 600 be welded?
The weld pool of Inconel 600 is relatively shallow, which may result in incomplete penetration. A moderate welding current and fast welding speed are recommended. Inconel 600 has a high linear thermal expansion coefficient and is susceptible to thermal cracking.
