Hastelloy is a nickel based corrosion resistant gold, which has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability. It is mainly divided into two categories: Nickel Chromium Alloy and Nickel Chromium Molybdenum alloy.

Nickel molybdenum alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environment, regardless of the temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid.

With good thermal stability, it can still maintain good toughness and corrosion resistance at 650-1040 ℃.

HASTELLOY C-22
The uniform corrosion resistance in oxidizing medium is better than C-4 and C-276, and the local corrosion resistance is also excellent.

It can maintain good resistance in oxidizing and moderately reducing corrosion environments.
