GH3030 Ni80Cr20 seamless nickel alloy high temperature resistant pipe

GH3030 Ni80Cr20 seamless pipe is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy designed for high-temperature applications. It offers excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance, as well as good ductility, thermal fatigue, cold stamping, and weldability. The designation "Ni80Cr20" indicates a nickel content of approximately 80% and a chromium content of approximately 20%, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance. This seamless pipe is suitable for use in harsh environments such as gas turbine engines, aerospace components, chemical processing equipment, and the nuclear industry.

GH3030 solid-solution-strengthened superalloy is an early development of the 80Ni-20Cr solid-solution-strengthened superalloy. Its simple chemical composition provides excellent hot strength and ductility below 800°C, as well as excellent resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping, and welding.

 

After solution treatment, this alloy forms a single-phase austenite, maintaining a stable microstructure during use. The primary product is cold-rolled sheet, but it can also be made into deformed products such as bars, rings, wire, and tubes. It is primarily used for turbine engine combustion chamber components operating below 800°C, as well as other high-temperature components operating below 1100°C that require oxidation resistance but withstand light loads. GH3030 tubes offer excellent hot and cold working properties and are used in the manufacture of various chemical equipment and accessories.
