Difference between Inconel 600 strip and Inconel 625 strip
Due to its higher chromium and molybdenum content, Inconel 625 steel strip offers superior strength and corrosion resistance compared to Inconel 600 steel strip, while the addition of niobium significantly enhances its mechanical properties. Consequently, Inconel 625 steel strip is more expensive and more difficult to process. When performance requirements are not stringent and Inconel 600 steel strip's performance is sufficient, it is typically chosen because it is more economical.
Efficiency leap Precision and stability
Adopting high-performance integrated joints, the CRA series can increase the tempo by 25%,and the productivity can reach a new peak;the vibration suppression algorithm is upgraded to achieve a good anti-shaking effect;the full-parameter DH compensation algorithm and TrueMotion algorithm are supported, and the absolute positioning accuracy is 0.2 ~ 0.4 mm under the change of attitude movement, and the curved motion is precise and stable.

Inconel 625 Steel Strip
Composition: Higher in chromium and molybdenum, with added niobium.
Strength: Significantly increased strength due to the solid solution strengthening effect of niobium.
Corrosion Resistance: Enhanced overall corrosion resistance due to the higher chromium content.
Cost: Higher price due to its complex composition and excellent performance. Machinability: More difficult to machine due to its toughness.
Inconel 600 Steel Strip
Composition: Primarily a nickel-chromium alloy, containing iron and other elements, but lacking the molybdenum and niobium found in Inconel 625.
Strength: Lower than Inconel 625.
Corrosion Resistance: Lower overall corrosion resistance than Inconel 625.
Cost: Lower price, a more economical choice when performance requirements are met.
Machinability: Easier to machine than Inconel 625.
