3. Advantages of Gnee Alloy Inconel 713C Pipe

Standard stainless steel or low-grade nickel-based pipes will oxidize, grow grains, and creep at temperatures above 1200°F (654°C).

Our Inconel 713C precision parts are designed with the following characteristics:

Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) Process

Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) Process

Excellent creep resistance: Maintains structural shape under high centrifugal forces and thermal loads.

VIM purity (zero inclusion target): Unlike ordinary alloys, our 713C is produced using a vacuum induction melting (VIM) process. This process eliminates dissolved gases and non-metallic inclusions, ensuring your parts are free of internal defects that could lead to catastrophic fatigue failure.

FAQ

Q: Can you manufacture 713C components based on my proprietary drawings?
A: Yes! We specialize in OEM manufacturing. Our facility can process various file formats (STEP, DXF, PDF) to produce precision-machined hollow sections that match your exact tolerances.

Q: Is Inconel 713C the same as "Round Steel Pipes"?
A: No. While it may appear similar, 713C is a nickel-based superalloy, not a steel. It has vastly superior heat resistance but is much harder to machine, requiring specialized tooling and expertise.

Q: How do you verify the internal quality of hollow sections?
A: In addition to the Full Traceability MTC, we can perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), to ensure zero surface or internal defects.
