The chemical composition of INCOLOY 800HT alloy is limited to the range of 800H alloy and requires heat treatment at at least 2100°F (1149°C). Its carbon content is 0.06% to 0.10% (0.05% to 0.10% for 800H alloy), and the aluminum and titanium content is 0.85% to 1.20% (0.30% to 1.20% for 800H alloy).
