Inconel X-750 plates
Characteristics and uses of Inconel X-750 plates
Inconel X-750 plates are known for their high strength, corrosion resistance, and ability to maintain these properties at high temperatures. They are commonly used in the aerospace, nuclear, and chemical processing industries for applications that require resistance to high temperatures, stresses, and corrosion.
What are INCONEL X-750 Plates used for?
INCONEL X750 alloy plates are widely used in rocket engine thrust chambers. Airframe applications include thrust reversers and hot air duct systems. Large pressure vessels are made from INCONEL X-750 alloy. Other applications include heat treating fixtures, forming tools, extrusion dies, and test machine fixtures.

Is Inconel X-750 alloy magnetic?
It is similar to Inconel 600 but with the addition of aluminum and titanium, and can be classified as a PH alloy. It has good resistance to general corrosion and oxidation. X-750 alloy is non-magnetic and is resistant to a wide range of industrial corrosives under both reducing and oxidizing conditions.
What is the difference between Inconel 718 and Inconel 750?
Inconel X-750 is a nickel-chromium alloy that is precipitation hardened by the addition of Al and Ti and has creep rupture strength at elevated temperatures up to approximately 700°C (1290°F). INCONEL 718 alloy (UNS N07718/W.Nr. 2.4668) is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium material that can be used in temperatures from -423°F to 1300°F.
