ASME SB407 UNS N08811 High Temperature Industrial Pipe

ASME SB407 UNS N08811 High Temperature Industrial Pipe
ASME SB407 UNS N08811, also known as Alloy 800HT Tubing, is a high-nickel, high-chromium alloy designed for high-temperature industrial applications above 593°C (1100°F). Its chemical properties provide excellent resistance to creep, rupture, oxidation, carburization, and nitriding. This seamless tubing is widely used in critical industries such as power generation, chemical, and petrochemical industries to manufacture components such as process piping, heat exchangers, and furnace components.
What are the specifications for Incoloy 800 alloy?
Incoloy 800HT alloy has a chemical composition within the range of 800H alloy and requires a heat treatment temperature of at least 2100°F (1149°C). Its carbon content ranges from 0.06% to 0.10% (compared to 0.05% to 0.10% for 800H alloy), and its aluminum and titanium content ranges from 0.85% to 1.20% (compared to 0.30% to 1.20% for 800H alloy).
