GH738 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy precipitated and hardened by the γ′ phase. It has good gas corrosion resistance, high yield strength and fatigue performance, good process plasticity, and stable structure. It is widely used in rotating parts of aerospace engines and the operating temperature is not high. at 815 ℃. It can produce cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates, pipes, strips and forgings, castings and fasteners.
Inconel 713C has good machinability and can be machined using single-point bonded tungsten-cobalt grade, tungsten-tantalum-cobalt grade, high-speed tungsten-cobalt or molybdenum-tungsten-vanadium tools. During the cutting process, use chlorinated or sulfurized fatty mineral oil as cutting lubricant, which helps reduce wear and improve processing efficiency. Inconel 713C can also be machined effectively using gear teeth, alumina or vitrified bond as grinding coolant.
