903 825 Alloy precision Pipe
UNS N08825 Alloy 825 seamless pipes resist intergranular corrosion by sensitization caused by precipitation at grain boundaries. Unlike conventional welded pipes that are susceptible to intergranular corrosion. This is due to the presence of titanium in 825 alloy round pipes. They are also heat treated. This alloy contains copper, which is resistant to corrosion and environments. Alloy 825 clad pipes have nickel as the base metal, which not only improves high temperature performance but also resists high temperature related corrosion. DIN 2.4858 Incoloy 825 Tube is said to work smoothly at 35°C and has high yield strength, tensile strength and hardenability.
