Incoloy 825 cold rolled tube is a highly corrosion resistant nickel-based alloy containing Cr, Mo, Cu and other elements with excellent performance. Density 8.14g/cm³, melting point 1370-1400℃. Strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance. Used in sulfuric acid, seawater cooling, acidic gas and other fields. Processing requires control of parameters, suitable for ≤550℃ industrial environment.
Incoloy 825 alloy tube diameter range: 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) to 36 inches (914.4 mm), wall thickness range: SCH 10, SCH 20, SCH 40, SCH 80, etc., customized length or on demand, surface treatment is pickling, bright or surface treatment as required.
