The Cr content in 800 alloy is usually 15-25%, the nickel content is 30-45%, and contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. Alloy 800 is in the austenite single phase zone after rapid cooling from high temperature. Therefore, the service state is a single austenite structure. This alloy has a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions and high-temperature and high-pressure water, so it is used to manufacture equipment resistant to stress corrosion cracking.
Incoloy 825 is a nickel-based alloy. Specifically, it is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy that also contains elements such as copper, molybdenum, and titanium. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in high temperature environments and is therefore widely used in various industrial fields.
