C-2000 C4 Hastelloy Pipe

Hastelloy C2000 tubes are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, chemical equipment manufacturing, refineries and power plants. They are ideal for applications that require resistance to general corrosion, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), pitting and crevice corrosion, and oxidation resistance up to 2000°F (1093°C). Hastelloy C2000 ERW tubes are often used in heat exchangers, condensers and evaporators because they outperform many other alloys in seawater or water containing chloride ions. Hastelloy B3 tubes, Hastelloy C22 tubes and many more grades are also available.
Hastelloy C-4 is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between Hastelloy C-4 and other earlier developed alloys of similar chemical composition is the lower carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. Such a chemical composition makes it exhibit excellent stability at 650-1040°C, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
