HastellyC-4 (N06455) Hastelloy alloy is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between Nicrofer6616hMo and other earlier developed alloys with similar chemical composition is its lower carbon, silicon, iron and tungsten content. This chemical composition enables it to show excellent stability at 650-1040℃ under appropriate manufacturing conditions, improves resistance to intergranular corrosion, and avoids edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion.
Hastelloy G30 Tube is a corrosion resistant alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments. Hastelloy G30 Tube has been successfully used in phosphoric acid heat exchanger tubes and other process components in the fertilizer industry. Both Hastelloy G30 Tubes contain high chromium and are the material of choice for strong oxidizing solutions and mixed pickling.
