NS141 is a high-strength, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, mainly composed of chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and other elements. The content of chromium is 20-23%, the content of molybdenum is 12-14%, the content of tungsten is 1.5-2%, and the content of niobium is 0.5-1.5%. The chemical composition of NS141 alloy steel is designed to improve its stability and performance in high temperatures, high pressures and corrosive media.
NS335 is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between Nicrofer6616hMo and earlier developed alloys of similar chemical composition is the low carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. Such a chemical composition enables it to show good stability at 650-1040°C, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
