Inconel 600 Cold Rolled Nickel Alloy Plate
Inconel 600 cold-rolled sheet is a high-performance metal sheet made of nickel-chromium-iron alloy (UNS N06600) through cold rolling process. Its composition ratio of nickel (≥72%), chromium (14-17%) and iron (6-10%) gives it excellent corrosion resistance (especially to seawater, chlorides, organic acids and other media) and high temperature stability (outstanding thermal strength and oxidation resistance below 700℃). The tensile strength in the cold-rolled state is 550-690MPa, the yield strength is 205-345MPa, and the elongation is 35-55%. It has cold work hardening characteristics and is suitable for precision machining. The material has a thickness range of 0.15-6.35mm, high surface finish and uniform size. It is widely used in chemical corrosion-resistant pipelines, nuclear reactor high-purity water equipment, aerospace engine high-temperature components and heat treatment furnace anti-carbonization parts. During processing, it is necessary to pay attention to annealing after cold rolling to eliminate stress. After welding, annealing at 870℃ for 1 hour is required to ensure stable performance.
