GH4141 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, which mainly relies on aging precipitation of γ' phase and M, C type carbides for strengthening. This alloy can be used below 980°C and exhibits extremely high tensile, durability and creep strength in the range of 650°C to 900°C. Yield resistance and fatigue resistance, as well as good oxidation resistance, make GH4141 one of the plate alloys with the highest mechanical properties when used below 980°C. Its good machinability means it is suitable for applications in a variety of high-temperature environments, such as turbine disks, guide vanes, combustion chamber plate load-bearing parts, turbine rotors, guides, fasteners and high-temperature springs in aviation and aerospace engines and other parts.
