GH3030 (equivalent to Nimonic 75) tubing is a nickel-chromium-based solid solution-strengthened high-temperature alloy designed specifically for high-temperature structural integrity. Our GH3030 tubing is widely recognized for its excellent oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue strength, with long-term temperature resistance up to 800°C and short-term temperature resistance up to 1000°C.
Due to its simple chemical composition and mature manufacturing process, GH3030 tubing perfectly balances cost-effectiveness with high performance and durability. It is ideal for combustion chamber components, heat exchangers, and furnace assemblies.

GH3030 tubing exhibits excellent structural stability. However, as shown above, its permissible pressure decreases by approximately 60-70% when the temperature rises from room temperature to 800°C. This is particularly relevant for ultra-high pressure applications above 800°C.
