GH3600 (UNS N06600) is an alloy that requires corrosion resistance and heat resistance. The alloy has excellent mechanical properties and is an ideal combination of high strength and ease of processing. The alloy cannot be precipitation hardened and can only be hardened and strengthened by cold working.

GH3600 is a nickel-based solid solution strengthened alloy developed early in the Inconel series. It belongs to the Ni-Cr-Fe series and has good oxidation resistance, hot and cold processing properties and low-temperature mechanical properties. It can be strengthened through cold working and has excellent welding performance. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.
