Alloy 718 Seamless Pipe
We manufacture Supplier of UNS N07718 Inconel Pipes Tubes that are a combination of Nickel and Chromium, renowned for their ductility, vigour and corrosion resistance; as a result, they are widely accepted to manufacture tools for hot extrusion. They are commonly used for cryogenic storage tanks, downhole shafts and wellhead parts. Welding of some Inconel alloys can be difficult due to cracking and microstructural segregation of alloying elements in the heat-affected zone. Inconel 718 Seamless Pipes (UNS N07718) is a precipitation – hardenable nickel – chromium alloy containing significant amounts of iron, niobium, and molybdenum along with lesser amounts of aluminum and titanium. Alloy 718 Seamless Tubes is nickel-base and typically contains 22 percent chromium, 14 percent molybdenum, and 3 percent tungsten, where Iron is normally limited to less than 3 percent .
