1.4410 1.4006 Stainless Steel Bar
The steel grade 1.4410 ( also called UNS S32750 , F53 and 2507) is a superduplex stainless steel characterized by higher contents of chrome, molybdenium and nickel than standard duplex steels, resulting in increased corrosion resistance. These steels were developed for applications in aggressive chloride environments. They also have high mechanical strength and low thermal expansion due to the duplex structure.
1.4006 steel is delivered softened and heat-treated. It does not exhibit significant strength properties compared to conventional structural steels due to its relatively low carbon content, but unlike steels with a higher carbon content, it is more resistant to corrosion.
