Product Introduction
Stainless steel perforated plate refers to a perforated mesh plate made of stainless steel material. There are many advantages to using stainless steel punched plates, the most important of which is that the mesh surface is flat, smooth, beautiful, sturdy and durable, and has a wide range of uses.
316 Stainless Steel Alloy is a standard molybdenum-bearing grade, the second most commonly sought after grade next to grade 304 amongst the austenitic stainless steels.
The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than Grade 304, particularly higher resistance in chloride environments.
The plate thickness is 0.5mm or custom size. Punching hole size is 0.1mm for filtration layer of the filter cartridges.
