Product Introduction
Monel(R) blind flanges, made from a nickel-copper alloy, offer high strength, toughness and good corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. An outstanding feature of Monel blind flanges is their excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid, a particularly difficult acid to handle in concentrations up to its boiling point. For hydrofluoric acid applications, Monel blind flanges are probably the most resistant of all the commonly used specialty alloys.
