Applications are those where hot strength in the 1600 F range is of major importance. One such specific use is for exhaust valves on heavy duty diesel engines.

1. Parameters:

- Chemical composition: Inconel 751 alloy is mainly composed of nickel, chromium and aluminum. The nickel content is about 70%, the chromium content is about 15%, and the aluminum content is about 5%.

- Density: The density of Inconel 751 is approximately 8.28 g/cm3.

- Melting point: The melting point of Inconel 751 is approximately 1320-1370 degrees Celsius.

- Tensile strength: Inconel 751 has a tensile strength of 910 to 1100 MPa.

- Elongation: The elongation of Inconel 751 is 20%.

2. High temperature performance:

Inconel 751 alloy has excellent high temperature properties and can maintain good strength and toughness in high temperature environments. It can withstand extreme conditions such as high-temperature oxidation, thermal fatigue and thermal shock, so it is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical and power generation fields.
