Application areas
Chemical and petrochemical: used for components and catalytic systems that come into contact with chloride-containing organic matter.
Pulp and paper industry: used for digestion and bleaching vessels, scrubbers in FGD systems, reheaters, wet steam fans, etc. Sour gas environment: used for equipment and components operating in sour gas environments, such as reactors and sulfuric acid condensers for acetic acid and acidic products.

A: The surface of Hastelloy plate can be drawn to 100 mesh at most.
Q: How high temperature can Hastelloy alloy plate withstand?
A: The high temperature resistance range of Hastelloy alloy plates is generally 1100℃ to 1300℃, depending on the alloy composition and treatment process. For example, N06002 Hastelloy alloy also known as Hastelloy X is able to remain stable at high temperatures up to 1200℃, while the operating temperature of C2000 alloy can reach around 1100℃.
