An aluminium sheet is a thin metal grade with variable thicknesses. The aluminium sheet has alloying elements of aluminium and other variable alloys. The sheets have moderate corrosion resistance properties. The 3mm aluminium sheet is used to add an aesthetical outlook to the applications. These sheets are not intended to provide support and stability to different equipment.
The 2014 aluminum plate is a rectangular plate made by rolling aluminum ingots. The alloy element of 2014 is copper, which is called hard molybdenum. It has high strength and good cutting and pin processing performance, but has poor corrosion resistance. It is widely used in rivets of aircraft structures (skin, frame, ribs, bulkheads, etc.), missile components, truck hubs, propeller components and other structural parts. (1) Homogenization annealing: heating to 475~490℃; holding for 12~14h; furnace cooling. (2) Complete annealing: heating to 350~400℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30~120min; cooling in the furnace to 300℃ at a speed of 30~50℃/h, and then air cooling. (3) Rapid annealing: heating 350~460℃; holding time 30~120min; air cooling. (4) Quenching and aging: quenching at 495~505℃, water cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 96 hours.
Status: Aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded rods (≤22mm, H112, T6 status).
