GH4098 4169 5188 heat resistant metals Pipe
GH4098 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with a long-term operating temperature of up to 1000°C. Elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, chromium and cobalt are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, elements such as aluminum, titanium and niobium are added to form a γ' phase precipitation strengthening phase, and trace amounts of boron and cerium are added for grain boundary strengthening. The comprehensive strengthening effect is obvious.
GH4169, also known as Inconel 718, is a precipitation-strengthened nickel-based high-temperature and high-strength alloy. Inconel 718 has good comprehensive properties in the temperature range of -253~700℃. The yield strength below 650℃ ranks first among deformed superalloys. It also has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and good Processing performance, welding performance and long-term structural stability.
GH5188 is a solid-solution strengthened cobalt-based high-temperature alloy. Adding 14% tungsten solid-solution strengthening gives the alloy excellent high-temperature thermal strength. Adding a higher content of chromium and trace amounts of lanthanum gives the alloy good high-temperature oxidation resistance. It has satisfactory process properties such as forming and welding, and is suitable for manufacturing parts for aero engines that require high strength below 980°C and oxidation resistance below 1100°C.
