GH3128 high temperature alloy is a nickel-based alloy that is solid-solution strengthened with tungsten and molybdenum and grain boundaries strengthened with boron, cerium and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high creep strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding properties. Its comprehensive performance is better than similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber flame tubes, afterburner combustion chamber shells, regulating plates and other high-temperature parts of aircraft engines that work for a long time at 950℃. The main products are cold-rolled thin plates, and hot-rolled plates, bars, forgings and pipes can also be supplied.

The solid solution temperature in the delivery state is 1140-1180℃, air-cooled. The high temperature performance is tested after additional solid solution treatment at 1200℃. Cold rolled sheet 0.8~4.0mm, hot rolled sheet 4~14mm, cold drawn welding wire Φ0.3~10mm. Cold rolled sheet and hot rolled sheet in solution and pickling; welding wire in cold drawn, semi-hard or solution and pickling state. Non-vacuum or vacuum induction furnace with electroslag remelting. The alloy is suitable for manufacturing aircraft engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts working below 950℃, and the use effect is good.

Nickel (Ni) is the main component ("balance"), ensuring corrosion resistance and thermal stability.

Strictly limited impurities (C, S, P, Si, Mn) ensure mechanical properties under extreme conditions.
