About Incoloy 800HT Pipe Information
Incoloy 800HT pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy known for its high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. It is a modified version of Incoloy 800H with further adjustments to the aluminum and titanium content to enhance creep and stress rupture properties at high temperatures. This makes it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as petrochemicals, chemical processing and power generation.
What is 800HT grade?
The carbon content range for basic 800 steel is 0 - 0.10%, while the minimum carbon content for 800H steel is increased to 0.05%. Similarly, the total aluminum and titanium content requirements for basic 800 steel are 0.30 - 1.20%, while the minimum aluminum and titanium content for 800HT steel is increased to 0.85% and the minimum carbon content is increased to 0.06%.
