The heat treatment and processing methods of Hastelloy 2.4819 alloy are as follows:
Hot processing: temperature range 1200℃～950℃, cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling
Cold processing: The work hardening rate is high, and solution heat treatment and intermediate annealing are required
Heat treatment: The solution treatment temperature range is 1100℃～1160℃, water quenching cooling, and materials with a thickness of less than 1.5mm can use rapid air cooling
