INCOLOY alloy 803 (UNS S35045): is a Fe-Ni-Cr alloy that can be used in petrochemical, chemical and thermal processing industries. The Ni and Cr content of 803 alloy is higher than that of 800H alloy and 800HT alloy. The Ni, Fe, Cr alloy ratio of the alloy is kept constant to ensure that the alloy achieves optimal performance between 1550°F (840°C) and 2100°F (1150°C). 803 alloy is a cost-effective material with exceptionally high oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance and carbonization resistance in high temperature environments. Alloy 803 has excellent high temperature stress rupture strength. In addition, the high resistance to carbonization and periodic oxidation of alloy 803 makes it the first choice material in many harsh working environments, such as for the manufacture of pyrolysis piping systems in ethylene cracking furnaces.
GH4738 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy precipitated and hardened by the γ′ phase. It has good gas corrosion resistance, high yield strength and fatigue performance, good process plasticity, and stable structure. It is widely used in rotating parts of aerospace engines and the operating temperature is not higher than 815℃. It can produce cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates, pipes, strips, wires and forgings, castings and fasteners.
