2.4618 high temperature alloy is an alloy with excellent properties, mainly composed of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, niobium, titanium, aluminum, tantalum and other elements. It has high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, while possessing appropriate physical properties such as melting point, thermal expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, hardness and electrical conductivity. This gives 2.4618 alloy a wide range of application potential in aviation, aerospace, chemical industry, energy and other fields. 2.4619 alloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy with superior performance. It belongs to the Ni-Cr-Fe system containing Mo and Cu. It has excellent resistance to oxidation, atmospheric corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and has high resistance to corrosion. Ability to localize corrosion (pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion). Due to the high Fe content in the alloy, it has the characteristics of low cost compared with other nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys.
