ASTM B619 UNS N10276 Alloy Welded Pipe is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten alloy with high strength, corrosion resistance and plasticity. It is widely used in bellows, marine hardware, chemical processing, pesticide production and petrochemical industries.
UNS N10276 Alloy ERW Pipe Heat Treatment:
Solution heat treatment is a key step for N10276 alloy, usually carried out at 1150°C to 1170°C, followed by rapid cooling (such as water cooling or air cooling) to optimize the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material.
