410 Stainless Steel Round Bar can be categorically said that steel bars are one of the core components of any manufacturing industry or for that matter any industry that relies on machineries. versatile applications in automotive, textile, fabrication, construction, cement, ship building, paper and pulp, defence, heavy earth moving equipments or aerospace.
Grade 410 Stainless Steel is the standard "18/8" stainless; it is the most versatile and most widely used stainless steel, available in a wider range of products, forms and finishes than any other. It has excellent forming and welding characteristics. The balanced austenitic structure of Grade 410 Stainless Steel Round Bar enables it to be severely deep drawn without intermediate annealing, which has made this grade dominant in the manufacture of drawn stainless parts such as sinks, hollow-ware and saucepans. For these applications it is common to use special "SMO 254DDQ" (Deep Drawing Quality) variants.

Our 410 stainless steel can be used in applications such as dental and surgical instruments, pipelines, valves and nozzles, automotive parts and more. 410 SS is generally used for applications which involve mild corrosion, high strength, and heat resistance. Depending on the application and performance requirements we also provide 410 stainless steel casting equivalent, CA15.
Heat Treatment:
Martensitic grades are all heat treatable grades. Type 410 stainless can be hardened to range of 35-39 RC. Please contact us to discuss your particular heat treat requirement specifications.
