An Indian customer ordered 650 tons of GH3030 nickel-based superalloy seamless steel tubes from us for use in petrochemical cracking furnace tubes and heat treatment tooling projects. The customer has extremely high quality requirements and previously only sourced from Europe and America. However, after multiple technical communications and sample tests with us, the customer decided to visit our factory for on-site inspection and ultimately signed a long-term purchase agreement for 650 tons.

GH3030 Material Introduction: GH3030 is an austenitic solid solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy with excellent oxidation resistance and good thermal fatigue properties below 800℃. Similar grades: Incoloy 800H (international), Inconel 600. It is widely used in high-temperature applications such as aerospace engine components, industrial furnace tubes, heat exchangers, and heat treatment fixtures.

The production of GH3030 seamless tubes employs a dual process of "vacuum induction melting (VIM) + electroslag remelting (ESR)" to ensure material purity.
After hot extrusion, the tube blank is precisely shaped on a multi-pass cold drawing/cold rolling mill, with intermediate bright annealing to eliminate work hardening. Each finished tube undergoes 100% eddy current testing, hydrostatic testing, and final dimensional inspection.

Export-grade moisture-proof packaging with rust-proof paper lining, plastic caps at both ends, and a custom-made plywood wooden crate.
