GNEE Inconel Alloy 600 Bar
Inconel 600 round bar is a nickel-based alloy with excellent carburization resistance and superior high-temperature corrosion resistance. Inconel 600 round bars exhibit good corrosion resistance to dry chlorine and many other gases at moderately high temperatures. Alloy 600 bars are a nickel-chromium alloy with good high-temperature oxidation resistance and resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high-purity water corrosion, and acidic oxidation corrosion. Inconel 600 square bars are also a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion, rapid corrosion in high-purity water, and combustion corrosion.
Inconel 600 threaded bar is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy and a commonly used engineering material suitable for applications requiring corrosion and high-temperature resistance. The chromium content of Alloy 600 threaded bars makes them more corrosion-resistant than commercially pure nickel under corrosive conditions. This threaded bar has a tensile strength of 95,000 psi (655 MPa) and a melting point of 1413°C.
