Incoloy Alloy 800H seamless pipe is manufactured through a process that involves piercing a solid billet and then rolling and drawing it to create a pipe with no seams. This manufacturing method ensures the pipe has uniform properties and is free from the weaknesses that can be introduced by welded seams. The pipes are available in various diameters and wall thicknesses, depending on the requirements of the application. They can also be supplied in different surface finishes, ranging from hot-rolled to bright annealed.

Incoloy Alloy 800H seamless pipe is a critical material for industries where high-temperature strength and environmental resistance are essential. Its ability to withstand harsh conditions makes it an ideal choice for critical applications in the petrochemical, nuclear, and aerospace sectors.

Incoloy 800H, also known as "Alloy 800H", is designated UNS N08810 or DIN W.Nr. 1.4958. Its chemical composition is almost identical to Alloy 800, except that more carbon is added, which improves high temperature properties. It has better creep and stress rupture properties than Incoloy 800 in the temperature range of 1100°F [592°C] to 1800°F [980°C]. Incoloy 800 is usually annealed at about 1800°F [980°C], while Incoloy 800H should be annealed at about 2100°F [1150°C]. In addition, Alloy 800H has a coarser average grain size according to ASTM 5.
