Hastelloy Alloy C-276 Description
Hastelloy C-276, also known as Alloy C-276, with UNS code N10276 and W. Nr. 2.4819, is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy containing tungsten that is resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking for use in harsh chemical processing environments.
Hastelloy C-276 exhibits good mechanical properties at both room and elevated temperatures, further enhancing its suitability for use in a variety of industrial applications. Used in chemical processing, pollution control, paper production and other fields where corrosion resistance is critical.
