Hastelloy C276 Tube is a titanium stabilized chromium nickel molybdenum alloy. This combination has many advantages and provides a wide range of mechanical properties. Hastelloy C-4 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent high temperature stability. It has high ductility and corrosion resistance. Its high temperature performance up to 1900°F (1038°C) makes it suitable for most chemical process applications in the "as is" welded condition. Its properties remain good even after aging at temperatures between 1200°F and 1900°F or 649°C and 1038°C. C-4 alloy resists grain growth and precipitation in the weld zone, making it well suited for chemical processes in the welded condition.
